If you submit the quote form we receive the name, phone number, email address, property type and message you provide. If you call or email us, we have whatever you tell us. We do not ask for payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, quote the work, schedule the visit and keep service records for your property. Service and key records are retained because they are how we support the work later — a rekey or master key system needs its history.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing companies. We do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about a job unless they asked to hear from us.
Key records and confidentiality
Keying schedules, access records and building details are treated as confidential customer property. They are not disclosed to third parties without your written authorisation, except where required by law.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use basic website analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. If analytics are enabled, that provider sets its own cookies; you can block them in your browser without affecting how the site works.
Third parties
